WEC Energy (WEC) down 0.5% in Tuesday’s trading as Ladenburg Thalmann downgrades the utility company to Neutral from Buy with a $110.50 price target, chopped from $125.50, saying both the Democrat and Republican frontrunners in the Wisconsin’s governor’s race are opposed to data center
