Pam Grier is feeling foxier than ever.

After all, the 76-year-old shared the surprising discovery she made in her sex life since getting older.

“When you’re young, you can have three, four, five orgasms in an hour,” Pam explained on the May 13 episode of the Wiser Than Me with Julia Louis-Dreyfus podcast. “But when you get my age, you have one orgasm, it’ll last three days.”

As for how the Foxy Brown star makes that happen?

“You don’t have to do anything,” she added, “but when it happens, I just wanna tell you, you just be prepared. It’s gonna be three whole days.”

And she simply attributes the new experience to reaching her 70s.

“I think it’s my age,” Pam added, before teasing, “If I could have had that when I was younger, I would have had a better life and better boyfriends.”

The Coffy actress—who was previously romantically linked to Kareem Abdul-Jabbar, the late Freddie Prinze and Richard Pryor—has always been open about her feelings surrounding sex.
