Gator Bio has introduced GeneSwift, a novel reagent kit that significantly accelerates and simplifies genome titer and integrity analysis for gene therapy research and bioprocessing. Unlike traditional ddPCR-based methods, which require extensive sample dilution and over five hours of processing time for results, GeneSwift delivers quantitative data in just 35 minutes using undiluted samples. The innovation reportedly eliminates the need for specialized labs and reduces turnaround times by six to 24 hours.

The novel reagent kit combines DNA hybridization, immunochemistry, and biolayer interferometry (BLI) into a streamlined two-step workflow. Another key differentiator for Gator Bio’s GeneSwift product is its ability to titer both positive and negative AAV genome strands —  a unique capability in the market.

Compatible with Gator Bio’s existing BLI systems, GeneSwift integrates seamlessly into current lab workflows.
