Miranda Kerr's kids are eager to get into the family business.
The model founded her cosmetics company, Kora Organics, in 2009, and it has expanded ever since, even partnering with Sephora in 2017. Now, two of Kerr's four sons are "fighting" about who will one day lead the company.
"Well, actually, a couple of my boys … are fighting [over] who's going to be the CEO next of Kora," Kerr, 43, said during a panel at EWG's 16th Annual Earth Day Dinner at the Skirball Cultural Center in Los Angeles in April, referring to her middle sons: Hart, 7, and Myles, 6.
"My 15-year-old is an artist, so he's not really that interested in becoming the CEO of Kora," Kerr then said about her eldest, Flynn. "But he does use the products himself, and his friends."
Kerr shares Flynn with ex-husband Orlando Bloom. She and husband Evan Spiegel are parents to Hart and Myles, as well as 2-year-old Pierre.
Kerr previously told PEOPLE that she and her eldest son bond over meditation, describing it as an "incredible tool."
"My 15-year-old is pretty consistent with it. He finds it really grounding and helpful," the mom of four explained.

"The thing about kids is that they watch what you do. They don't really necessarily listen to what you say, but they see your actions. When [Flynn] sees me daily doing my meditation, and the benefits that that gives me, he's like, 'Oh, that's interesting. I'd like to try that,' " she continued.
"And he actually had a little friend group who, after he learned, another six of his friends learned as well," added Kerr.
During the Earth Day Dinner panel discussion, Kerr was asked about trying to get people to understand her vision for her brand, as well as any challenges she's faced along the way.
"When you're pregnant, the doctor says you should be really aware of what you're putting on your skin … but we shouldn't have to wait until we're pregnant to be mindful of that. We should just be mindful and educated, and we don't have to compromise our health to get incredible results. And that's what I'm trying to prove," Kerr said.
She continued, "I'm still 20 years in trying to prove that and doing a lot of research, and you can go online and see all the studies that we've done, and the before and after photos. People are always like, 'Well, it's organic, maybe it's not as effective?' But, actually, there are up to 60% more antioxidants in a certified organic ingredient, so from day one, Kora Organics has been certified organic."
