On the eve of the London Super Trunk Show 2026, we’re setting the tone for the weekend with something a bit more intimate—and, frankly, a bit more special: Carmina’s Albaladejo Collection Launch Party.

On Friday, May 8th, from 5pm to 8pm, we invite you to join us at the brand new Carmina Shoemaker Savile Row London Store, for an evening dedicated to craftsmanship, conversation, and a proper look at something new and exciting!

Carmina will be unveiling their latest endeavor, The Albaladejo Collection—a refined step into the world of premium welted footwear, where elevated materials, sharper finishing, and a more considered approach to shoemaking come together in a way that deserves to be seen in person: touched, tried, and discussed.

This isn’t just a “pop in and browse” type of evening. It’s a chance to experience the space, handle the shoes, and understand what Carmina is aiming to do with this new collection—something that, in my opinion, sits firmly in that upper tier where details actually start to matter.

And, of course, it wouldn’t be much of a gathering without the people behind it.

The evening will be hosted by me, Justin FitzPatrick (The Shoe Snob), alongside Kirby Allison and Jesper Ingevaldsson of Shoegazing. If you’ve ever wanted to talk shoes properly—whether that’s construction, finishing, or simply what’s worth your money—this is one of those rare chances to do it in a relaxed setting, drink in hand.

And yes, drinks will be served.

And as a final incentive—because let’s be honest, a proper evening should come with something memorable—we’ve arranged something rather special. Carmina will be raffling off one free pair of MTO shoes (standard MTO) to a lucky guest in attendance. Entry is simple: arrive, enjoy the evening, and provide your name and email.

At the close of the event, Kirby Allison will draw the winner live. The only catch? You have to be there to claim it. If not, we draw again. A small detail, perhaps—but one more reason to make sure you don’t miss it.
