7 Recent Trump Admin Losses You Need To See

The New York Times reported that Judge Christopher R. Cooper “found that the president’s effort to rebrand the building after himself flew in the face of lawmakers’ original intent.” He focused on the 1964 Act that designated the performing arts center as a memorial to President Kennedy and said: “Congress gave the Kennedy Center its name, and only Congress can change it.”

According to the Guardian, mentions of Trump’s name have already been removed from the website, and, according to the ruling, all references to the president (including the letters mounted on the outside of the building) are supposed to be fully gone by June 12.

President Trump later complained about the ruling in a wordy post on Truth Social, saying, “The Kennedy Center will soon be closed, probably never to open again,” regarding the repairs he believes the building needs.
