
There’s plenty of evidence that we live in a gullible and misinformed culture, but perhaps the worst example of it is the extraordinary popularity of skimmed and semi-skimmed milk.
People drink it because they think it’s healthy, but it actually has more sugar than full-fat milk – which is why I’d never touch the stuff, despite what the website PopBitch has claimed.
