The products include white fish kebabs and salmon patties, which are rolling out now to select vegan retailers under the brand’s Green Future (Atid Yarok) line and have been created in partnership with Bondor Foods. The products prioritizer high-quality taste experiences and can be enjoyed in a variety of ways.
The plant-based fish products from Steakholder Foods respond to increasing calls for vegan-friendly alternatives to seafood, while also leveraging the brand’s prowess for proprietary premixes. The products are 3D-printed to help give them a refined textural profile.
