Fall is animal print season but this year is all about zebra stripes (don’t worry! We still love you, cheetah print). Stars like Dua Lipa, Kendall Jenner, and Jennifer Lawrence have been carrying zebra accessories (handbags, shoes, belts) everywhere as of late with popular designer options including Jacquemus, Bottega Veneta, and Verafied NY.

Animal print of all kinds has been a fashionable mainstay for decades, first popping up in Old Hollywood glamor before resurging in the ’80s and ’90s. Stars have long embraced the look, which has long been associated with luxury and glamor, through statement coats, belts, shoes, and, mainly, handbags. 

Last fall, Jennifer Lawrence carried a zebra-print Fendi backpack and Dua Lipa was spotted several times with her Jacquemus’ zebra pouch, with Kendall Jenner sporting the ever-popular beaded Tommy bags from Staud. All strongly indicating that this fall’s trending handbags will follow suit.
