Now entering its second year as the official beauty partner of the professional NFL squad, founder Charlotte Tilbury told me the collaboration is as “synergistic” as ever. “The [team] performs extensive routines in hot and humid climates, so they need my hard-working, long-lasting formulas to ensure that they feel and look like their most beautiful, confident selves,” she explains.

The Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders rely on this full-coverage foundation — which has also been used on Cher and Sienna Miller — for an “airbrushed effect,” according to Tilbury. She believes it’s particularly useful for the squad as it’s “sweat-proof, waterproof, transfer-proof and performance-proof.” Plus, (and I can testify to this myself!), “the formula is light-as-air and hydrates like skincare.” On days that I don’t want a full-coverage base, I subtly dilute the product with my daily sunscreen or a glowy primer.

Don’t let preconceived notions of cakey and dry skin stop you from trying this new setting powder. Tilbury specifically designed it to “hyper-blur everything”, so that it gives you a “poreless-looking finish without looking heavy, chalky or cakey.” There’s also no flashback, which is ideal for photoshoots and bright stadium lights. My favorite detail is that it comes with an adorable heart-shaped cushion puff for smooth application.

I’ve had at least one of these lip liners in each of my purses for years now. So it came as no surprise that the Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders rely on it, too. Tilbury divulged that its long-lasting formula actually creates “a waterproof barrier that helps prevent lipstick from feathering or transferring.” The squad then pairs it with a layer of hydrating lipstick.
