Taylor Swift’s month just keeps getting sweeter with a 2026 Emmy Awards nomination days after her wedding to Travis Kelce in New York City.
The Television Academy announced on Wednesday, July 8, that Swift, 36, is nominated in the Outstanding Variety Special (Pre-Recorded) category for Taylor Swift: The Eras Tour — The Final Show, which premiered on Disney+ in December 2025.
Swift is listed as a producer and performer for the special, which documented her record-breaking Eras Tour when the worldwide spectacular ended in December 2024. The special was produced by Disney and Taylor Swift Productions, in association with Silent House Productions.

“Taylor Swift’s Vancouver Eras Tour finale features 45 songs, including a new ‘Female Rage’ segment and special medleys,” the official logline for the special reads. “The concert marked the end of her record-breaking global tour at BC Place Stadium.”
Swift isn’t the only one who can win an Emmy for the production. Taylor Swift: The Eras Tour — The Final Show is nominated in five categories, including Outstanding Sound Mixing for a Variety Series or Special, Outstanding Directing for a Variety Special, Outstanding Picture Editing for Variety Programming and Outstanding Technical Direction and Camerawork for a Special.

When the 78th annual Emmy Awards air live on Monday, September 14, Swift will be in good company with her friend — Law & Order: Special Victims Unit star Mariska Hargitay — hosting TV’s biggest night. Only Murders in the Building is nominated for Outstanding Comedy Series, so Swift’s longtime BFF Selena Gomez could also be in attendance for the awards show.
While Swift is best known for her music career — she’s won 14 Grammys, 40 American Music Awards, 49 Billboard Music Awards and 30 MTV Video Music Awards — she is already an Emmy winner.
In 2015, Swift won the Outstanding Creative Achievement in Interactive Media — Original Interactive Program award after serving as the artist and executive producer on AMEX Unstaged: Taylor Swift Experience.

Swift’s latest nomination comes less than one week after she and Kelce, 36, tied the knot at Madison Square Garden on Friday, July 3.
“The whole night felt really intimate and personal despite being in an arena and how star-studded the guest list was,” one source exclusively shared with Us Weekly after the nuptials. “There were about 1,000 guests there, but it felt intimate.”
The A-list attendees included Swift’s longtime friends Gomez, 33, Hargitay, 62, and Gigi Hadid, as well as country icons Miranda Lambert, Maren Morris and Kelsea Ballerini.

The sports world was also well represented with guests of Kelce including Kansas City Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes, San Francisco 49ers tight end George Kittle and, of course, retired Philadelphia Eagles center and best man Jason Kelce. (Swift’s brother, Austin Swift, served as her “Man of Honor.”)

A separate source revealed that the magical night “reflected both of their personalities” and was “decorated elegantly, incorporating their down-to-earth style mixed in.”
To cap off the night, Travis and Taylor made sure to give their guest late-night food options, with a source telling Us they ordered upwards of 100 pizzas from Mama’s TOO!
The choices included the restaurant’s house pie (made up of mozzarella, plum tomato sauce, Parmigiano, basil and extra virgin olive oil), plain pepperoni, Angry Nonna (consisting of Hot Soppressata, aged mozzarella, Calabrian chili oil and hot honey) and more, all of which were personally delivered by the owner to ensure the happy couple got what they ordered, per the insider.
