LEGO builder Milan Sekiz has created the KaLEGOidoscope set as a part of the MOC program, which stands for My Own Creation. It comes in two parts, starting with the kaleidoscope itself and the stand that it rests on top of. It holds the small slightly clear studs that are loaded into the front of the device.
It also uses LEGO bricks instead of mirrors as the LEGO bricks themselves are glossy. This makes them work as de facto mirrors in place of the usual polished glass. The result ends up with a slightly blurry visual that adds a whimsical experience to the reflections. The design still works just as well, it brings a slight nostalgia as well.
