Prince Harry, Meghan Markle and Kids Follow This Royally Sweet 10-Day Family Rule
There’s nothing like a royal welcome.
Almost two months after Prince Harry and Meghan Markle moved back to the U.K. with their kids Archie, 7, and Lilibet, 5, the couple made their first official joint outing since their return.
The Duke and Duchess of Sussex stepped out in Nottingham, England, on Oct. 15, where they visited the local Community Recording Studio (CRS), a charity that gives young people access to music and professional recording equipment.
For the occasion, Meghan wore a chic, all-burgundy look featuring a belted skirt, turtleneck and wool coat. Her hair was pulled back into a ponytail and her face was all smiles as she and Harry—who wore dark jeans, a white button-down and a gray blazer—greeted cheering onlookers before making their way inside the studio.
The couple chatted with local schoolchildren, took selfies with the crowd and were presented with multiple bouquets of flowers. According to People, Meghan told one supporter, “It’s good to be back.”
After all, Nottingham marks a significant step in the couple’s relationship. Back in December 2017, Meghan made her first official royal outing alongside Harry, four days after they’d announced their engagement.
