The ZooBree nebulizer reshapes treatment by making it feel like play. Designed by Gagyeong Min, Dami Seo, and Hyeonsu Yu, this child-friendly nebulizer replaces cold medical formality with warmth through three whimsical animal masks: Mimi the cat, Roar the lion, and Pip the hamster. Each character brings its own personality to treatment: Mimi soothes, Roar inspires bravery, and Pip makes therapy approachable. This transforms an intimidating routine into a playful ritual children can embrace with comfort and joy.
The design goes beyond appearance to create active engagement. Each inhalation produces gentle meows, roars, or squeaks, turning treatment into an interactive game that supports steady breathing. Once complete, a kiss stencil leaves whisker-like marks on the child’s cheek, symbolizing courage. Portable, easy to clean, and USB-C rechargeable for six hours of use, ZooBree empowers children by making medical care feel lighthearted while easing the process for caregivers.
