I’ve got no time for the Tory party at all. But there is one thing they turn out to have been right about, and it’s amazing people aren’t paying any more attention to it. The Rwanda scheme was actually quite successful. 

We can’t have people coming incessantly across the Channel and coming ashore without any legal basis for arriving at all. Everybody should take this seriously, and Rwanda is the route we might well be able to go. Watch my full verdict above.
