Green Bay Packers superstar wide receiver Christian Watson was loaded into the back of an ambulance and taken to the hospital after suffering a hard hit to the chest during Thursday Night Football.
Watson made a long catch at the start of the second quarter against the Carolina Panthers, but was bundled to the ground hard by two defenders in the process.
He walked off the field under his own power and was seen heading back to the locker room, but things took a scary turn shortly after.
Before halftime, the Amazon Prime broadcast cut to pictures from the tunnel, where Watson, 27, was being loaded into the back of an ambulance to travel to a local hospital.
According to the report, he was set to undergo precautionary tests for a suspected chest injury, but no further details were given.
On the same play, Panthers cornerback Will Lee was also injured and ruled questionable to return to the game.

For Watson, the scary injury comes at the worst possible time, with the wide receiver enjoying a productive season alongside Jordan Love and Matthew Golden in the Packers offense.
Watson and Golden have become a formidable one-two punch at WR, with the Packers 4-3 for the season heading into Thursday night’s game.
In the first half, Watson already had six catches for 100 yards on his seven targets, hauling in a long reception in the process of suffering his injury.
Watson is in his fifth season in the NFL, having been drafted by the Packers out of North Dakota State in 2022.
