New £18m Chelsea signing’s WAG left terrified and trapped by a SQUIRREL – after ChatGPT told her it could attack – amid struggles with move to London

The girlfriend of one of Chelsea’s new stars came face-to-face with a sinister squirrel on one of her first days in London.

And the encounter left her shook like never before, to the extent that the ordeal required a 90-second TikTok debrief.

Influencer Pawgli, who has been dating £18million full-back Pep Chavarria since November, has moved to the English capital despite severe reservations over the switch.

In her previous videos, she spoke about the ‘scary’ prospect of leaving Madrid and the opportunities and family she has there.

Pawgli, 27, has more than 1.1 million followers on TikTok and creates fashion, beauty, and lifestyle content in Spanish.

But after taking the plunge with Chavarria, she has encountered a foe more fearsom ethan she could ever imagine: a furry chipmunkesque rodent, positioned menacingly on the path.

‘How a 50-minute walk ended up taking an hour and a half… because of a squirrel,’ she began in a TikTok video.

‘But I was going to tell you about the other day when I made a vlog for you going to get my nails done in London for the first time. You have no idea everything that happened to me.

‘Of course, we’re still in the hotel because they don’t give Pepo the house until the 28th.

‘So I went to get my nails done; Google Maps showed 50 minutes to get to the nail place, but I thought, “go on, I’ll walk a bit, get to know the area, etc.”

‘I had been walking for 45 minutes, okay? Because it took me through places that were just woods, woods, woods, and surrounded by lakes… super pretty landscapes, yes, but all forest, as if I were in the Hansel and Gretel movie.

‘All kinds of animals popped up, and when I had only 20 minutes left to reach the nail place – and I was almost out of the forest because I could already see civilization – a squirrel in the middle of the path wasn’t moving. Staring at me like this…

‘I asked ChatGPT, “Do squirrels attack?” And it said, “Yes.” And I… backed away.

‘Wait until it leaves and don’t pass through there,” etc. That’s what ChatGPT told me. I waited for about 10 or 15 minutes… and the squirrel wouldn’t leave.

‘I decided to turn all the way back the way I came, and I saw another path – also all forest -and I said, “Okay, I’ll go through here,” and the whole route recalculated, making me walk an hour and a half instead of 50 minutes.

Perhaps the influencer has not encountered many squirrels before in Madrid, where their population has dwindled.

It is an uncomfortable start for Pawgli, who had been seriously weighing up whether or not to join her footballer boyfriend in London or continue their relationship long-distance from Madrid.

In one video, she broke down in tears at the situation.

She said: ‘By moving to London, I’m kind of giving up on doing 100 per cent of my job. He has his job, I have mine; he earns his money, I earn mine. Nobody lives off anyone else; I don’t live off my boyfriend.

‘Therefore, by not living in Madrid, I’m losing opportunities – opportunities for me to keep growing in this – because absolutely everything is in Madrid.

‘I want to keep holding on to my Spanish audience. I don’t know how to speak English, at least right now, though I know I’ll have to learn.

‘But no matter how much English I know, I don’t want to change my audience and have an English-speaking audience. I want to stay with my Spanish audience, which is why, all things considered, living in Madrid is so good for me.

‘As someone who is ultra mega family-oriented and super sensitive, moving to a country I don’t know, where I have nothing, no life, no job, and where I’m going to lose career opportunities…

‘And I’m doing it out of love, because I love my partner and want to build a future and a family with him.’

Pawgli denied that she had broken down in tears over the prospect of losing work and going to free events in Madrid.

But in another video, she did clearly indicate that she is in some turmoil about the change.

Chavarria, a late bloomer who only made his LaLiga debut aged 24, has spent the last four seasons with Madrid-based club Rayo Vallecano.

Pawgli said: ‘I have my life in Madrid; I have my job in Madrid, which luckily is going very, very well. I have projects, I have all the brands I work with there, I have daily events, I have my sister, my family, my friends. I have a life where I feel fortunate – it’s a dream life for me and one that cost me a lot to build.

‘So, when you start a relationship and your partner gets an opportunity like this, you’re obviously ultra-mega happy for him and super proud of him, but you also have to sit down with yourself and think, “Okay, now what do I do?”

‘And I swear until recently I was completely convinced that I wasn’t going to move in with him. He has his life in London right now, I have mine in Madrid; I respect his life, he respects mine, and whenever possible, we’ll see each other.

‘A long-distance relationship. Something I would’ve never considered in my life, but if one thing was clear to me, it’s that I will never in my life depend on anyone or live off anyone. I have my own income, and that’s how it’ll always be.

‘All of this is scary for someone who has everything in Madrid. Right now I’m panicking, honestly, because I know it’s a very tough decision.

‘I also want to be able to experience this with Pep, because if I met my boyfriend and he’s been here in Madrid for like 4 years and I met him, and precisely this year he has to go to London, maybe it’s because fate also wants me to go.

‘Because I’m obviously going to make content for you wherever I go, and being in London I can do even more, right? Because there are things there that aren’t in Spain.

‘I have a thousand ideas in my head because I can’t stop thinking, honestly.’

Pawgli has never revealed her actual name and the nickname is apparently based off the Jungle Book character Mowgli.
