Fiona Lowe will never be forgotten.
Weeks after Chad Lowe and wife Kim Painter shared that their 13-year-old daughter had died, the director’s 9-1-1: Nashville family made clear the Lowes have been in their thoughts.
At the conclusion of Oct. 15’s season two premiere, a title card featuring Fiona’s name and photo appeared alongside the note, “In Loving Memory.”
The ABC drama’s message comes one week after Rob Lowe‘s younger brother—who has directed multiple episodes of 9-1-1: Nashville as well as 9-1-1: Lone Star—shared insight into how his family is grieving their unimaginable loss.
In the wake of Fiona’s Sept. 29 death by suicide, the 58-year-old has found strength and inspiration in teachings from life coach Gerry Hussey regarding faith and the afterlife.
“It’s an energy field, and we possess it all the time within ourselves,” Chad—who also shares daughters Mabel Lowe, 17, and Nixie Lowe, 10, with Kim—shared on his Instagram Stories Oct. 8. “We are all part of the frequency. We all possess direct access to that.”
