- LogProstyle (LGPS) said Thursday it agreed to acquire 100% of I-FLATZ Corporation, a Japan-based real estate company, with the deal expected to close in September.
- The acquisition will add I-FLATZ and its subsidiary LAND-I to LogProstyle’s group and expand its real estate business into the Kansai region, the company said.
