Brentford has unveiled its new away kit for the 2026-27 season, featuring a striking blue-and-white pinstripe design influenced by the distinguished tailoring of the Kingsman films.
Created with Brentford shareholder and director of the Kingsman film series, Sir Matthew Vaughn, the shirt pays homage to the heritage of Savile Row, bringing together football, film and fashion in the club’s most distinctive kit to date.
To mark the launch, Vaughn has directed the reveal starring Brentford and Brazilian international striker Igor Thiago. The film follows Thiago’s move from a sharply tailored bespoke suit, created by H. Huntsman & Sons, into the new away kit, celebrating the style and storytelling behind the launch.
The renowned Savile Row tailor features as the headquarters for the Kingsman agents in the films and their heritage has helped inspire the away kit’s design. The same attention to detail and timeless tailoring that defines H. Huntsman & Son’s craftsmanship is reflected in the shirt’s elegant blue pinstripe aesthetic.
The launch was complemented by content captured at the store, featuring Brentford players Vitaly Janelt, Dango Ouattara, Antoni Milambo and Brentford Women’s players Wiktoria Kiszkis and Rhian Cleverly. Shot throughout the tailor’s iconic fitting rooms, workshop and storefront, the content places the players within the home of the Kingsman films, bringing the collaboration full circle.
Crafted from recycled polyester, the shirt combines classic style with modern performance and features a crew neck with contrasting cream trim, a monochrome crest and a single Brentford bee on the upper back neck.
‘It has been really exciting to be involved in this special project. I am a big fan of the Kingsman films, so seeing some of that world brought into our new away kit has been pretty cool,’ said Thiago.
‘The design is really special and not like a kit I’ve worn before, and it is another example of how Brentford always does something new and interesting. I can’t wait to wear it out on the pitch and hopefully see the fans wearing it too.’
