InnovAge Holding (INNV) announced the pricing of an underwritten public offering of 10M shares of its common stock at $9.25 per share.

The shares are being sold entirely by investment funds affiliated with private equity firms Apax Partners and Welsh, Carson, Anderson & Stowe.
