Episode 6 of MobLand left the Harrigans looking like a crime dynasty dragged through a slaughterhouse. Frankie Cooper’s attack on their Cotswolds estate claimed Conrad’s beloved dogs and Maeve’s horses, leaving the family scrambling for cover.
Meanwhile, Jan discovered Donnie’s connection to Frankie and k***** him with Harry’s weapon, creating another loose end. Harry was attempting to repair his fractured relationship with Gina, while Maeve continued treating her relatives like disposable chess pieces.
Now, Episode 7, titled Ace of Spades, brings the Harrigans back into London’s criminal underworld, where Frankie has prepared a particularly nasty surprise.
The Harrigans prepare for war as Frankie Cooper receives an ultimatum
The episode begins with Conrad and Maeve sharing a bedtime story straight from Satan’s personal collection. Years ago, a young Harrigan enforcer made the catastrophic mistake of kicking Conrad’s bulldog. Conrad responded by locking him inside a cellar throughout winter, while Maeve periodically visited to enjoy Sunday roasts in front of their starving prisoner.

Mobland Season 2 Episode 7
Eventually, Conrad amputated the offending leg, and the unfortunate man died from gangrene. Apparently, the Harrigans take animal welfare seriously enough to turn human rights into confetti. Back in the present, their grief over the slaughtered animals quickly transforms into preparations for war. Meanwhile, Frankie meets Kat MacAllister at Trafalgar Square, invoking Admiral Nelson to explain why he needs complete freedom to destroy the Harrigans.
He promises to deliver Conrad’s entire criminal operation within two weeks. Kat, whose family’s fortune originated in Prohibition-era bootlegging, has considerable political influence and little patience for Frankie’s theatrics. She gives him one week to deliver results.
The Harrigans subsequently return toward London and fortify their property. Security teams erect fences, install tyre-shredding strips, and reinforce their defenses. Conrad delivers a furious speech about protecting the family, while Harry proposes a systematic examination of their criminal network. Every associate must prove their loyalty.
Those willing to cooperate receive financial encouragement, while troublesome individuals encounter the Harrigans’ considerably less diplomatic methods. Harry and Kevin handle one side of the operation, while Conrad and security chief Paul take responsibility for another.
One unfortunate broker even receives a vicious beating from Paul using a rather unconventional adult novelty. The family’s empire is undergoing an aggressive maintenance check, with broken bones apparently included in the service package.
Conrad wants every corner of his territory secured before Frankie launches again, and his men are dispatched to discover where everyone’s loyalties lie. However, the Harrigans have troubles brewing inside their own ranks.
Their criminal empire has survived betrayals, casualties and enough family disputes to make a therapist consider early retirement. Yet Maeve has her own ideas about how to handle Harry, and Frankie is already searching for a vulnerability in Conrad’s security arrangements.
Both schemes are about to create a particularly unpleasant evening for the family fixer.
Maeve plots against Harry as Frankie Cooper kidnaps Paul
Harry’s investigation leads him to Donnie’s address, discovered in a notebook Frankie abandoned at the Harrigan mansion. Inside, he discovers Donnie’s decomposing corpse and the gun Jan used to k*** him. Unfortunately, the weapon belongs to Harry.

MobLand Season 2 Episode 7
Jan has vanished, leaving him with another m***** scene and enough unanswered questions to give Scotland Yard a collective migraine. Harry retrieves the evidence and contacts Zosia to deal with the aftermath. Elsewhere, Seraphina quietly pursues her own ambitions. Despite Conrad rejecting Charlton’s financial proposal, she has already begun developing a new Harrigan operation with her billionaire stepfather’s backing.
Bella supports the arrangement, which could provide Seraphina with substantial financial independence from Conrad. While the family patriarch prepares to defend his existing empire, his daughter is already laying the foundations for Harrigan 2.0.
Meanwhile, Maeve discovers Harry’s greatest vulnerability: Gina. She urges the young woman to stage a s****** attempt, offering to leave pills in her room. The objective is to emotionally devastate Harry and convince him to abandon the Harrigans to protect his daughter. Maeve also corners Eddie after discovering his plans to escape abroad.
Watching footage connected to Medusa’s m*****, Eddie finds himself confronted by his grandmother, who presses a knife against his throat and warns that abandoning the family carries a permanent penalty. Across London, Frankie begins executing his own scheme.
He approaches Sicily, a dancer who previously enjoyed a relationship with Paul, and offers her £50,000 to lure the security chief into an ambush. She contacts Paul, who falls straight into the trap. Frankie abducts him and forces him to call Harry with a fabricated story about someone who could help capture Frankie at the Riviera Palm Casino.
However, Paul unknowingly sabotages the deception with one tiny word. He calls Harry “bro,” a greeting Harry previously warned him against using unless he was facing serious danger. The message is unmistakable: Paul has been captured, and Frankie is waiting. Harry understands that his security chief is being used as bait, but abandoning him could expose the Harrigans’ entire operation.
So, with the trap laid and the danger obvious, Harry decides to walk straight through its front door.
How does Harry turn Frankie Cooper’s casino trap against him?
Midnight arrives at the Riviera Palm Casino, where Frankie welcomes Harry dressed for an extravagant evening of betting and m*****. Harry arrives alone, immediately confirming Frankie’s suspicion that his intended victim has uncovered the ambush. The two exchange threats and jokes, with Frankie even suggesting that Harry join his criminal operation.

Mobland Season 2 Episode 7
Harry dismisses the proposition, maintaining his composure while Frankie attempts to discover what advantage the fixer is hiding. Meanwhile, Sicily apologizes to the captive Paul, only for Frankie to k*** her at the table. Then Harry produces his winning card: Newgate Prison. Frankie’s son, Michael Cooper, is incarcerated there following a d*** conviction.
Harry has discovered his location and now holds the young man’s safety over his father’s head. Frankie attempts to dismiss Michael as a worthless burden, suggesting that his son’s disappearance might actually be welcome. Harry refuses to accept the performance. As a father himself, he understands the fear of losing a child, and he knows exactly where to press.
Their confrontation then becomes a terrifying game of Russian roulette. Frankie loads three bullets into his revolver and points it at Harry’s head. The first trigger pull produces an empty click, followed by another. Before Frankie can fire again, Harry suddenly throws him onto the roulette table, wrestles the weapon into his possession, and presses it against Frankie’s temple.
Another trigger pull produces another empty chamber. With the balance of power completely reversed, Frankie finally concedes and orders Paul and Harry released. However, Harry’s evening has another chapter. After escaping the casino, he makes it clear that his work is far from finished.
The episode cuts to Michael’s prison cell, where a phone begins ringing beneath his pillow. Michael answers, and Harry introduces himself before delivering a chilling warning: the young man will be attacked at three in the morning. The episode ends without revealing whether Harry has arranged the onslaught or is warning Michael about another imminent attack.
Either way, Harry has transformed Frankie’s elaborate ambush into a personal nightmare. Frankie counted on Harry’s determination to rescue Paul, believing that loyalty would bring the fixer straight into his clutches. Instead, Harry exploited the same protective instinct by threatening the person Frankie cares about.
The casino confrontation ends with Harry and Paul walking free, but Michael’s uncertain fate leaves the next move hanging over the entire Cooper operation. With the Harrigans’ internal problems multiplying, Harry’s victory may have purchased only a brief moment of breathing room.
Do you think Harry genuinely intends to harm Michael, or is the midnight phone call another calculated bluff? Let us know in the comments.
