During the third quarter, when the Rebels led the Cardinals by just two points, the camera panned to a blonde woman sat in the stands in Nashville on Sunday night.
She had a worried look on her face, gripping her phone tightly as she raised her arms, her hands resting on her head.
The image quickly spread across social media and there were even accusations that the ESPN camera operator zoomed in on her, although that was later confirmed to be false.
Identified as Sara Smith, an Instagram account in her name was later changed to private after she went viral.
