Gastronomic Boutique Cafes : Blue Box Café

The Blue Box Café by Natsuko Shoji opened as Tiffany’s first Blue Box Café in Japan, offering a refined dining experience that unites seasonal Japanese ingredients with New York–inspired flair. Located on the fourth floor of the new flagship in Ginza, the café is overseen by award-winning chef Natsuko Shoji, whose menu includes dashi-infused breakfast, fruit tarts, Tiffany Blue macarons, and savory bites shaped like jewelry, all served in a design-rich, artful setting.

The space is designed by Peter Marino, including a main dining room, bar, private lounge, and terrace overlooking Ginza. Floral installations by Makoto Azuma and artworks by Johan Creten, Sarah Charlesworth, Roe Ethridge, and Molly Hatch add depth and elegance. Reservations open two months in advance, and the café is already establishing itself as a cultural destination that celebrates craftsmanship, design, and seasonal cuisine.
