Laura Ingraham warned that ‘Republicans better get their act together’ in several states ahead of the all-important midterm elections.
Republicans face an uphill battle to keep their sweeping power in Congress as the November contests quickly approach, with Donald Trump warning he’ll be impeached again if the Democrats take power.
On her Fox News show Tuesday night, Ingraham worried for the GOP that they were throwing away a number of even traditionally red seats.
Ned Ryun, the CEO of conservative PAC American Majority, told Ingraham that even South Carolina could be in play after Darline Graham won her primary Tuesday.
‘I think Republicans are kind of whistling past the graveyard on some of these Senate seats that they thought were safe,’ Ryun said.
He listed a number of conservative-leaning states he felt were in play: South Carolina, Alaska, Iowa, Nebraska, and Ohio.
Ingraham was more concerned with Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton in his Senate race against Democrat James Talarico, asking: ‘Is he campaigning?’
After Ryun and former Jill Biden Chief of Staff Michael LaRosa went over a few more states that could be in play, Ingraham named the one that worried her the most: ‘Iowa.’

‘I think there are a number of states that Republicans better get their act together. Iowa is one of them,’ Ingraham said.
Ryun lashed out at Republicans for not following through on their promises and suggested it could lose them both houses of Congress.
‘The Senate is thumbing their nose at the base over the SAVE America Act, gas is $4.10 a gallon. You know, they’re not seeing a lot of the things they voted for. The Iran war is killing us,’ he said.
The Iowa Senate race between Republican Congresswoman Ashley Hinson and state lawmaker Josh Turek was named as one of The Daily Mail’s ten Senate races to watch.
Hinson is on the statewide ballot for the first time, having represented a seat on the eastern side of the state since 2021, after flipping it in 2020.
Turek made it out of a bruising primary after getting boosts from major Democrats.
One of his biggest backers has been former President Barack Obama, who filmed a basketball-themed ad with Turek, a former Paralympic hooper.
Incumbent Senator Joni Ernst chose not to seek re-election for another term in the Hawkeye state.

Iowa leans Republican, but Hinson could be negatively impacted by Democrat Rob Sand performing well in the gubernatorial race.
The seat is rated ‘lean Republican’ by the Cook Political Report.

‘If I don’t run, will those people go out and vote, and that’s the one thing I can’t tell,’ Trump said recently.
Despite this, Republicans are trouncing Democrats in fundraising, both nationally and in key battleground races.
It’s an indication that control of Congress will be decided not by Washington insiders, but by the voters who turn out in battleground districts nationwide.
