A Florida mom was arrested on Saturday after a youth football game descended into violent chaotic scenes.
Renee Lambert was detained in Fort Myers, Florida after she allegedly kicked a child during the game.
She is accused of storming the field during a Pop Warner football game in Brooks Park and kicking one of the youth players, according to the Lee County Sheriff’s Office.
Lambert was taken into custody and charged with child abuse without great bodily harm and resisting an officer, according to booking records.
Deputies on site said they were called to the field after a fight broke out between players following a play.
Lambert could be seen running onto the field and thrusting herself into the melee before she kicked a juvenile player in footage shared by the Sheriff’s Office.

Renee Lambert was accused of storming the field and kicking a child during a melee
She alleged that a child had first hit her with their helmet, sparking her violent response. However, investigators claimed that there was no evidence to support that claim.
She was later seen launching into a heated, expletive rant as officers attempted to detain her.
In the police bodycam footage, Lambert could be seen trying to leave the park before officers approached her, sparking a fierce verbal exchange.
Lambert furiously shouted at officers to ‘get your hands off me’ and claiming that she was the one that was hit.
‘So you’re mad at them for hitting me?’ Lambert asks.
‘I’m mad at an adult for attacking a kid,’ the officer responded
The officer later commanded: ‘Stop! You’re detained right now.’
‘No I’m not. Goodbye… get your hands off me,’ Lambert shot back.

‘You are being pointed out as being a suspect right now – you’re detained,’ the officer repeated moments later.
She then demanded, ‘Where’s number nine? Go get number nine,’ seemingly referring to the player she claimed hit her.
‘A kid?’ the officer asks. ‘You’re an adult.’
The police bodycam footage then descended into chaos as officers grappled to detain her.
‘It’s sad that children playing sports becomes a physical confrontation. We need to have law and order. We need to protect everyone. So as sheriff, I’m not going to tolerate it,’ said Lee County Sheriff Carmine Marceno, according to Gulf Coast News.
According to jail records, Lambert was booked at around 8:50pm ET before being released shortly after midnight on Sunday morning.
She is due to appear in court on June 1.
