Few Hollywood lives have the kind of Rocky-to-Rambo mythology that follows Sylvester Stallone. His latest chapter, The Steps, turns the camera back on the man behind the punches, the franchises and the improbable comeback stories. But Stallone’s most personal story has always been waiting beyond the movie set: his five children and the family life that shaped him away from the spotlight.

But behind the boxing gloves, war zones and famous one-liners is a much more personal Stallone story involving five children and the complicated lessons of fatherhood. His family has also provided a fascinating counterpoint to his screen persona, with his children pursuing filmmaking, modeling, podcasting and acting while others have deliberately stayed away from Hollywood.

Sage Moonblood Stallone

Born on May 5, 1976, Sage Moonblood Stallone was Sylvester Stallone’s first child with actress Sasha Czack. He followed his father into acting early, making his screen debut as Rocky Balboa Jr. in Rocky V at 14 before appearing alongside Stallone again in the 1996 thriller Daylight.

Sage was not simply trying to become another Stallone on the marquee. He developed a strong interest in filmmaking and co-founded Grindhouse Releasing with film editor Bob Murawski, focusing on restoring and distributing cult exploitation movies. He also wrote, directed and produced the short film Vic.

Sage died in 2012 at age 36 from coronary artery disease, a loss that profoundly affected his father. The father-son relationship also became part of Stallone’s own reflection on Rocky V. In the 2023 Netflix documentary Sly, Stallone acknowledged that the strained relationship between Rocky and his fictional son had, unfortunately, mirrored some of the difficulties in his own relationship with Sage.

Sage’s story was closely tied to Stallone’s career, but his second son would take a very different path. 

Seargeoh Stallone

Seargeoh Stallone was born on February 5, 1979, to Stallone and Sasha Czack, making him 47 in 2026. He briefly appeared as Rocky and Adrian Balboa’s newborn son in Rocky II, creating one of those small pieces of franchise trivia that links the Stallone family directly to the Balboa mythology.

At age three, Seargeoh was diagnosed with autism and has largely lived outside the entertainment spotlight ever since. Stallone and Czack responded by helping establish an autism research fund in the 1980s, with Stallone using film premieres as fundraising opportunities. Unlike his siblings, Seargeoh has maintained a highly private life, and there is little reliable public information about his current work or day-to-day circumstances.

Sophia Rose Stallone

Sophia Rose Stallone was born on August 27, 1996, in Miami and is Stallone’s eldest daughter with former model Jennifer Flavin. She is 30 in 2026 and has pursued a media and fashion-oriented career rather than following her father directly into action movies. Sophia graduated from the University of Southern California in 2019 with a degree in fashion and previously co-hosted the Unwaxed podcast with her sister Sistine.

Sophia has also shared her interest in books through her Favorite Book Club platform. Her relationship with Stallone has been particularly visible over the years, and 2026 brought another major milestone when she announced her engagement to producer Michael Sheehan. 

Sistine Rose Stallone

Born on June 27, 1998, Sistine Rose Stallone is Stallone and Flavin’s second daughter and is 28 in 2026. She initially made her mark in fashion, signing with IMG Models in 2016 and walking in major shows before expanding into acting. Her credits include 47 Meters Down: Uncaged and Midnight in the Switchgrass.

Sistine has also shared a screen with her famous father in the broader family spotlight while developing interests beyond modeling. She previously co-hosted Unwaxed with Sophia, while The Family Stallone presented the sisters as more than celebrity offspring, showing their sibling dynamic, ambitions and attempts to carve out identities separate from the Rocky and Rambo legacy.

Scarlet Rose Stallone

Scarlet Rose Stallone, born May 25, 2002, is the youngest of Stallone’s five children and is 24 in 2026. Like her older sisters, she grew up with a foot in the entertainment world, but her interests have moved between acting, athletics and fashion. She appeared in The Family Stallone and also joined her father’s television universe through Tulsa King.

Stallone’s five children ultimately tell a story far removed from the straightforward Hollywood dynasty template. Sage pursued cult cinema and filmmaking, Seargeoh chose privacy, while Sophia, Sistine and Scarlet have each explored their own corners of media, fashion and acting. As The Steps turns Stallone’s attention toward the past, his children remain one of the most revealing parts of the legacy behind the legend.
