- Diana Shipping (NYSE:DSX) has agreed to sell its 2010-built Post-Panamax vessel “Alcmene” for ~$11.9M, with delivery by March 7, 2025.
- The company has also signed a time charter with SwissMarine Pte., Singapore, for its Newcastlemax vessel, m/v San Francisco, at $26,000/day, minus a 5% commission.
