This thoughtfully composed experience brings together celebrated regions like Niagara and Franciacorta, Ontario and Saumur, each bottle selected for its clarity and expressive depth. Designed to complement Chef Quinton Bennett’s globally inspired seasonal menus, the pairing offers diners a unique perspective on major grape varieties and their sense of place.
