The policy was developed following ongoing collaboration with Sinergia Animal, an international non-profit organization dedicated to advancing animal protection and promoting more ethical food systems. By transitioning to 100% cage-free eggs, ONYX Hospitality Group is helping to set a precedent for more compassionate and sustainable food procurement within Asia’s hospitality sector, reinforcing the growing momentum toward ethical dining experiences throughout the region.
