- Centurion Minerals (CTN:CA) on Thursday said it plans to raise $300,000 through a non-brokered private placement.
- The offering will consist of units priced at $0.05 each, with each unit comprising one common share and one warrant exercisable at $0.10 for three years.
The company said proceeds will be used for exploration, working capital, and general corporate purposes, with the financing subject to TSX Venture Exchange approval.
