Cardi (real name Belcalis Almánzar) had previously undergone a boob job at 18, but she believes she needs a refresh.

“I’ve had these t-tties for a really long time and they’re sagging really bad,” she said. “My nipples are very, very, very big. My areolas, I guess, they’re super, super big.”

“I love them, I really do,” she emphasized. “They’re sexy. However, it is so hard for me to put certain clothes on.”

As such, though she remains pleased with the size of her breasts themselves, she is less so with the “sagging” and the size of her areolas.

“I don’t wanna do nothing crazy,” she added. “But I don’t know if Imma get them done. I said I want to—I’ve been saying I want to for a long time, but I don’t know if I’m going to.”

While the “Up” rapper does have a limit when it comes to surgeries, she has been candid about the good, bad and ugly about her past procedures.
