A British woman has died unexpectedly aged 34 after moving to Dubai to start a new life overseas.

Desiree Golling, originally from Merseyside, was believed to be working as a business consultant at Property Finder in the United Arab Emirates.

The cause of the 34-year-old’s death still remains unclear, with tributes pouring in from devastated loved ones back home.

Her devastated mother Paula, who is now reportedly flying out to Dubai, said ‘life will never be the same’.

She said: ‘How can I put into words my beautiful Desi gone from this world?

‘You brought laughter, love and positivity into people’s lives, fly high my angel love and miss you.

‘Just here now trying to process everything, Desiree’s friends have been amazing thank you for all your kind messages. She was loved, life will never be the same without you my girl.

‘Thank you to everyone who got me over here, don’t know what I’d do without you all, sending love to you all, looking back on videos and photos she was loved and I bless you all.’

Her cousin, Amber Harrison, who stars in ITV sitcom G’Wed, also paid an emotional tribute on Instagram.

She wrote: ‘Our beautiful big cousin Desiree. Loved by so many, you will be missed.

‘Our family will never be the same without you. Our queen of Dubai. I hope you are in a much better place you beautiful soul.’

Another one of her cousins, Autumn Harrison, described Desiree as having the ‘warmest heart’.

She wrote: ‘Your beautiful soul shined right through you, absolutely stunning from the inside out.

‘Yours was the warmest heart and the kind of energy that made anyone around you drawn to you’.

‘You didn’t just care about people, you made people feel truly loved and I felt your love so deeply,’ she said.

‘Always the first to comment on posts, always reminding us how gorgeous we were, always telling me that life is too short to care too much and to just do what makes you happy.

‘I promise I’ll carry that with me forever, for you.’

The Daily Mail has approached the Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office for comment.
