A young British boy has tragically died in Cyprus after falling off a fourth-floor hotel balcony while on holiday with his parents.
The boy, who has not yet been identified, perished following the incident at the Paphos hotel the family were staying at, which local media reported happened yesterday evening at around 6pm.
He sadly died upon arrival at the hospital. After Cypriot police launched an investigation into the incident, they arrested the 37-year-old father on charges of ‘causing death through negligence, reckless and dangerous actions.’
The Daily Mail has contacted the UK’s foreign office for comment.
