Jen Belichick appears to be laughing off any concerns about being arrested for failing to show up to a mandatory court date.

The daughter-in-law of the NFL great Bill Belichick, married to his son Stephen who also serves as his defensive coordinator at UNC, was a no-show last Friday morning when she was due in court in Brunswick County.

The ordered appearance stemmed from a speeding incident in the town of Leland on May 21, when she was clocked doing 88mph in a 70mph zone in her Jeep by North Carolina State Highway Patrol.

But it’s safe to say Jen – who has previously clashed with the coach’s 25-year-old girlfriend Jordon Hudson – is not too concerned about the potential to end up in hot water with the law.

She shared a picture of a news report about the warrant for her arrest on her Instagram story with the caption: ‘I hired an attorney!!!!!’

She accompanied the picture with the song by P. Diddy, Black Rob and Mark Curry called ‘Bad Boy for Life.’

Jen has clashed with father-in-law Bill and his young girlfriend, Jordon Hudson, in the past 

Whether Belichick has any reason for concern or not, the incident is deeply unfortunate for Bill due to several reasons.

He has been at the center of his feuding family for the last couple of years, since his relationship with Hudson – 48 years his junior – went public. 

Jen even took a public shot at Hudson after Belichick gave a car-crash CBS interview in April 2025 where he squirmed over questions about meeting his young girlfriend. 

She then called out from off-camera to say Belichick would not be talking about their relationship.

As the clips went viral, the eight-time Super Bowl-winning coach Belichick was defended by former players Rob Gronkowski and Julian Edelman who claimed Hudson was acting like a publicist – much to Jen’s disdain. 

‘Publicists act in a professional manner and don’t ‘storm’ off set delaying an interview,’ she wrote in response to comedian Nikki Glaser commenting in agreement to the Patriots greats.

Jen and Steve have been married for nearly a decade and share several children.

She made headlines last football season when she yelled at Bill Belichick’s girlfriend, Jordon Hudson, after a football game in Chapel Hill.

It’s claimed that Jen branded Hudson ‘bats*** crazy’ and accused her of ‘f***ing twisting’ the brain of her 73-year-old boyfriend. She also screamed that all Hudson ‘does is control s***.’

The legendary coach, who was in his first season with the Tar Heels, was reportedly urged to ‘wake up’ and then issued an ultimatum: ‘You choose your family or [her].’

Jen Belichick reportedly attacked Hudson over her fashion choices and her body, telling the 25-year-old cheerleader: ‘You also need to eat a burger.’

Hudson, Belichick and his son were all in the room and the Post claims that Jen Belichick had been left ‘furious’ by an interaction she had with Hudson earlier that day.
