Remember when everyone got a robot vacuum during the pandemic? We were home all day, suddenly hyper-aware of every crumb on the floor, and more than happy to hand off one of our most annoying chores to a tiny robot.

Then life got busy again, and somewhere along the way, I kind of forgot they existed. That is, until I recently got a robot vacuum and realized I desperately needed one.

I have long hair, and I shed like it’s my job. I play with my hair while I watch TV. I style it with hot tools in the bathroom. I simply exist, and somehow there is hair everywhere. I was constantly pulling out my vacuum only to discover another strand (or 20) five minutes later.

Now, my robot vacuum cruises around picking it all up for me—and it even mops, which is easily my least favorite chore. My floors look better and I’m finding less hairs stuck to my socks. Plus, there are some seriously good robot vacuum deals out there ahead of Amazon Prime Day.

It’s the best time to scoop up a robot vacuum at an incredible discount before guests arrive this fall for everything from Halloween to Thanksgiving and Christmas!
