Another royal repurpose! Carole Middleton stuns in mint green dress she wore at Meghan and Harry’s 2018 wedding as she mingles with Queen Camilla and Zara Tindall at Ascot

Carole Middleton has repurposed another wedding guest outfit for Royal Ascot today as she sported the same mint green dress she wore to Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s 2018 nuptials.

One day after the Princess of Wales’ mother, 71, put a twist on the coat dress she debuted at daughter Pippa Middleton’s wedding in 2017, she opted to recycle the Catherine Walker frock she donned for the Sussexes’ Windsor ceremony at George’s Chapel.

She wore the stylish number with a straw hat as she joined royals such as the King and Queen at the Berkshire racecourse this afternoon, instead of the statement fascinator she wore in 2018.

Carole finished her look with a cream clutch and suede heels as she was pictured mingling with Queen Camilla, 78, and Zara Tindall, 45.

Catherine’s mother was joined in the Royal Box by American actor Stanley Tucci and his wife, Felicity Blunt, as well as the Princess Royal and the Duke and Duchess of Edinburgh, as they enjoyed the Ladies Day festivities.

Also in attendance was the 2nd Earl of Snowdon, who joined the Royal Family’s carriage procession with his glamorous French girlfriend, Isabelle de La Bruyere.

Before the races kicked off, Carole and the Queen were spotted in conversation inside the parade ring.

Prince William’s very stylish mother-in-law proved that race day dressing comes easy to her after she showed off two stylish looks over two days.

Yesterday, the princess’s mother repurposed the blush pink Catherine Walker ensemble first seen at Pippa Middleton’s 2017 wedding.

All eyes were on Carole as she arrived for day two of the prestigious British racing event on Wednesday alongside her rarely pictured daughter-in-law, Alizee Thevenet.

When she joined the Princess of Wales in the Royal Box, Carole couldn’t help but look adoringly at Catherine, who returned to Ascot after a two-year absence due to her cancer diagnosis and treatment.

Photos showed Catherine respectfully opening the door to the Royal Box for her mother before the pair were seen holding hands, whispering to each other and enjoying what appeared to be an animated catch-up.

As the races got underway, Carole settled in for an action-packed afternoon with a beverage as footage showed her cheering for the horses and chatting with Prince William’s childhood friend and Princess Charlotte’s godfather, Thomas van Straubenzee.

Other famous faces in the Royal Box yesterday included Sir Gareth Southgate, Princess Anne and Lady Sarah Chatto, whose friendship with Carole was on full display.

Princess Margaret’s daughter was seen smiling at Carole during a rare candid moment, as it appeared Prince William’s mother-in-law has firmly cemented her status as a royal insider.

And the camaraderie continued on the third day of the prestigious British racing event in Berkshire as Carole was seen enjoying a beverage with the King’s niece, Zara, before having an animated catch-up with Sophie.

It’s a match made in society heaven as Hollywood and royalty came together for Ladies Day at Royal Ascot today.

Stanley Tucci, 65, who is a regular at royal events and dinner parties, looked just as comfortable in a landau as he travelled to the Berkshire racecourse alongside his wife, Felicity Blunt.

The American actor dressed for the part as he opted for a black top hat with an impeccably tailored suit.

Meanwhile, the sister of Tucci’s The Devil Wears Prada co-star, Oscar nominee Emily Blunt, put on a stylish display in a floral dress for the most popular day of the festival, when racegoers pull out all the fashion stops.

Another famous face making their debut in the Royal Family’s Ascot procession was the Earl Snowdon’s long-term girlfriend, Isabelle de La Bruyere, as the pair had the honour of riding alongside King Charles and Queen Camilla.

Smiling at the crowds, Princess Margaret’s son David Armstrong-Jones, 64, has been dating the French art dealer since 2022, two years after he split from his wife Serena Stanhope after 27 years of marriage.

While the loved-up royal couple attended Ascot together last year, today is the first time Isabelle has joined the royal carriage procession – as she cut a striking figure in a white dress with a black belt.
