Active shooter at Louisiana mall food court leaves at least six injured


An active shooter opened fire at a food court inside a Louisiana mall at lunch time on Thursday.

At least six people were injured in the gunfire at the Mall of Louisiana in Baton Rogue, according to WBRZ. 

The FBI and SWAT are at the scene, video showed. 

It was not immediately made clear if the shooter or shooters were still in the area. 

All of the mall’s entrances have been closed, and according to a reporter with the local outlet, shoppers and employees were shuffled into tunnels that run along the mall’s tunnels after shots rang out.
