The Academy of Country Music Awards has set its 2027 date. The ACMs and Dick Clark Productions announced that the 62nd ACM Awards will return to the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas on Sunday, May 16, 2027.

Last month’s 61st AMC Awards show was back in Las Vegas for the first time in three years. The 2023 and 2024 shows took place in Frisco, Texas.

Elle Langley swept the 61st ACM Awards with seven trophies, winning all of her categories. The “Choosin’ Texas” artist took Female Artist of the Year, Song of the Year (Artist and Songwriter nominations), Single of the Year (Artist and Producer nominations), Music Event of the Year and Artist-Songwriter of the Year.

The Entertainer of the Year award went to Cody Johnson, triumphing over fellow nominees Luke Combs, Jelly Roll, Megan Moroney, Chris Stapleton, Morgan Wallen and Lainey Wilson.
