Is it getting frosty in here… or is it just our eyes? For the past few months, we’ve seen plenty of celebrities on the red carpet (and on stage) rock a frosty eye. From colorful and dramatic to subtle and simple, a touch of shimmer and glitter in a cool-tone shade makes all the difference. 

On the carpet, the skin and lashes are left glowy, simple, and natural. The eyes, on the other hand, pack a frosty punch.
