A furry bandit strolled its way through a California library to swipe and rummage into snacks, including a jar of honey.
Luckily enough, library staff were not present in the Mammoth Lakes Library when the bear entered the building.
Surveillance footage captured the unbearable moment a giant brown bear pawed its way through a reading den early Wednesday morning.
The hungry bruin took a stroll along the library halls, helping itself to bite-sized amounts of peanut butter, peach cups cookies and honey.
The bear was respectful enough to chow on snacks, then go on its way, leaving the building with zero damage.
Mono County Office of Education wrote on social media: ‘We can only assume the new Li-BEAR-ian was looking for a copy of Winnie The Pooh.’
To mark the 100th anniversary of the first published Winnie-the-Pooh book, the library invited community members to visit any of the seven Mono County Free Libraries branches.
The public can pick up a copy of any Winnie-the-Pooh book or other books featuring bears.

Director of Libraries Josef Bopp said the bear wandered into the library around 6.10am, several hours before it opened to the public at 10am.
Officials also reminded residents and visitors that bears in Mammoth Lakes are wild animals and should be given plenty of space, according to FOX26 NEWS.
They urged people not to approach or feed bears, to dispose of trash in bear-resistant containers and to keep vehicle doors and windows closed.
Bopp joked that while the library welcomed enthusiastic visitors and understood the excitement surrounding the ‘centennial,’ food was not permitted among its ‘circulating materials,’ reminding patrons and bears to leave the snacks at home.
The Daily Mail reached out to the Mammoth Lakes Library for further comment.

Just last month, a California couple grieved the loss of their beloved French bulldog who died while protecting them from a brutal bear attack.
When a large bear approached the couple’s house, the bulldog spotted the bear and barked to scare it away, according to the Daily Mail.
The couple’s GoFundMe page revealed that the bulldog ‘suffered two broken ribs and numerous bite and claw wounds.’
A California Department of Fish and Wildlife spokesperson, Peter Tira, told the Redheaded Blackbelt that bear attacks like this are rare.
