If you’re ever asked a question about how you’ve shown customer obsession or user obsession, think of the word Obsession. You are driven to do something above and beyond. It really matters to you that they get the results that they hope for.
And thus, it’s a hero story. It’s a story where you went above and beyond, did something dramatically different that made them fall in love with the outcome. Frame your answer with that, and it’ll really make a big difference.
