Ellomay Capital (NYSE:ELLO) has secured long-term 9-year Power Purchase Agreements ((PPAs)) with Statkraft for three of its Italian solar projects.
The agreements, signed by three Italian project companies, will cover 75% of the P50 capacity for the approximately 38 MW of operational solar plants located in Italy’s central-southern zone.
Ellomay indirectly holds a 51% interest in these project companies.
