Morocco Consulting Environment Global (MCEG), a subsidiary of Bugshan Morocco, has officially opened a state-of-the-art water bottling facility in Laqsir, located in the El Hajeb province. Representing a strategic investment of MAD 150 million, the facility is dedicated to producing ACYL, MCEG’s newly launched natural spring water brand, which is sustainably sourced from the Sebou basin. Designed for scale and efficiency, the site boasts a production capacity of up to 45,000 bottles per hour, positioning it as a significant contributor to Morocco’s bottled water industry.
Beyond its production capabilities, the facility is already driving local economic development, creating over 300 jobs—including 110 direct hires across operations. The inauguration ceremony was attended by Morocco’s Minister of Industry, Ryad Mezzour, who hailed the project as a model for sustainable, value-added industrial investment.
