Tesla (TSLA) held its Roadster event at a SpaceX (SPCX) testing facility in McGregor, Texas, on Thursday night. Elon Musk said the next-gen model is the result of a cutting-edge electric vehicle manufacturer working with a leading rocket engine maker.
