“I don’t pay much attention to the negative stuff; how I feel in my own skin is the only opinion I actually care about,” Summer Lynn tells PEOPLE of making changes to her appearance and the attention it has garnered online

An influencer in her 20s is giving up all the secrets behind her viral cosmetic procedures.

PEOPLE spoke exclusively with New Hope, Ala., resident Summer Lynn, who went viral in July for sharing an Instagram Reel of all her transformations with an overlay that read, “customizing my avatar because we only live 80 years.”

Summer candidly opens up about her procedures, telling PEOPLE that she’s had a nose job, five rounds of chin liposuction, a mid-face lift, a fox eye lift, buccal fat removal, “two to three” boob jobs, a Brazilian butt lift and multiple rounds of liposuction.

She has decided to be open about what she’s gotten done because she was “bullied badly” from a young age for her weight and nose.

“That kind of thing sticks with you and changes how you see yourself long-term,” she says. “I’m open about my procedures because I don’t want to pretend I got here easily or naturally when I didn’t.”

“If sharing it helps someone else feel less alone in wanting to change something about themselves — or just normalizes that this is a real, common thing — that matters more to me than keeping it private,” Summer adds.

She has no regrets about her nose job, chin liposuction, fox eye lift and mid-face lift, as she says she had a “genuinely great experience” and an “incredible surgeon.”

“The boob jobs and BBL were about getting proportions I wanted,” explains Summer. “The buccal fat removal, BBL and excessive lipo are the two I actually regret — I had real complications with both.”

As of now, Summer still has some procedures to go before calling it quits.

“I need another boob job soon, since I’ve lost more weight, it’s time for me to switch sizes to something more proportional,” she says. “Down the line I’m planning a revision tummy tuck once I’m fully done losing weight, and a lower face lift. Outside of that, I’m happy where I’m at.”

And Summer is content with the “50/50” reaction her social media posts have gotten.

“Some comments are brutal, some are really sweet — I’ve connected with a lot of women through this who’ve been so kind, and that’s the part that actually matters to me,” she says.
