"I'm trying to get to say something, but I can't," she began. "Thank you [to] the women in this room."

Langley continued, "Today I was having a strange day, I don't know what it is about awards. I walked right into Lainey [Wilson]'s room, and I just got emotional, and she hugged me, wrapped me up, and started praying for me. And then all of a sudden, here comes Miranda Lambert in her little pink hat. I would not be standing up here without just [the] encouragement of so many women. Kelsea [Ballerini], thank you so much for loving on me."

Langley was nominated alongside Wilson, 33, Lambert, 42, and Ballerini, 32, as well as Megan Moroney. She also gave Lauren Alaina a special shout-out for her support: "I love you so much."

Her five-award sweep also included Artist-Songwriter of the Year and both Song of the Year and Single of the Year for "Choosin' Texas." She and Riley Green won Music Event of the Year for their duet "Don't Mind if I Do." She received a total of seven nominations.

Langley previously shared on Country Countdown USA that after "Choosin' Texas" reached No. 1 on the Billboard Hot 100 chart, Lambert, her co-writer on the song, offered her some words of wisdom.

"She said to me, ‘You are more important than this job.' She made me care for myself. Having someone like that made me feel like I'm okay," said the "You Look Like You Love Me" artist.
