You Need to Watch These 3 Popular Hulu Movies and TV Shows (July 4-6)

A lot of the usual suspects are on Hulu‘s list of popular movies and TV shows this week.

The Bear and General Hospital are near the top, but The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives has claimed the No. 1 slot.

Regardless, this week’s selections for the three popular Hulu movies and TV shows that you need to watch are all films.

We can’t apologize for that. When the movies are this good, you’ve got to watch them first.

Hulu is serious about you renewing your subscription this June. How else can you explain the impressive lineup the streamer has for this month, with a solid mixture of new releases and timeless classics for your viewing pleasure? The big new movie this month is Predator: Killer of Killers, the latest entry in the nearly […]

‘Wrath of Man’ (2021)

Near the beginning of Wrath of Man, Patrick “H” Hill (Jason Statham) doesn’t make a very good impression with his new colleagues at an armored truck company. Hill comes off as very unremarkable and unskilled, which is exactly what he wanted to convey. But when the truck is attacked and his trainer, Bullet (Holt McCallany), is taken hostage, Hill kills all of the robbers single-handedly.

Hill’s co-workers are naturally suspicious of him after that stunt, and for good reason. As they begin looking into Hill’s past, he’s examining their history as well. Hill’s true agenda will be revealed by the end of the film, and that’s when the bullets will really start flying.

‘F*** Marry Kill’ (2024)

The premise of F***, Marry, Kill may give Only Murders in the Building fans a touch of déjà vu. Eva (Lucy Hale) and her single friends are a little too into true crime podcasts, especially since the Swipe Right Killer is targeting young ladies on dating apps who are just like them.

Looking ahead to summer 2025, Hulu has an edge on some of its rival streamers. Hulu doesn’t make as many original movies as it used to, but its lineup of shows is second to none. It’s worth noting that most of Hulu’s best projects in the months ahead come from 20th Century Studios and FX. […]

However, the search for the Swipe Right Killer really hits home for Eva when she realizes that each of her current romantic prospects — Norman (Samer Salem), Mitch (Brendan Morgan) and Kyle (Jedidiah Goodacre) — share a known characteristic of the serial killer. Eva’s attempt to investigate her beaus is going to put her life on the line in some hilarious ways. If one of them really is the Swipe Right Killer, then Eva may not live long enough to solve the mystery.

Back to the Future (1985)

Back to the Future may be 40 in 2025, but something about this sci-fi comedy never gets old. Michael J. Fox‘s Marty McFly gets to be the first person to travel back in time from 1985 to 1955. Unfortunately for Marty, his historical expedition wasn’t by choice, and Emmett “Doc” Brown (Christopher Lloyd) — the creator of time travel and the only man who understood how it worked — was murdered right in front of him.

In 1955, a much younger Doc Brown is still alive. But even if Doc can get Marty back to the future, there may not be any place for him in the new timeline. That’s because Marty’s mom, Lorraine Baines (Lea Thompson), didn’t meet his father, George McFly (Crispin Glover), at their fated time. Now, Lorraine is infatuated with Marty instead of George, and time’s running out for Marty to put things right.
