However, there is a growing trend of employers not allowing reference checks anymore. In our digital age, it’s unfortunately not easy to verify if a recommendation is authentic anymore.
LinkedIn Testimonials are much easier to trust. A hiring manager or recruiter can verify authenticity and relevance of the recommendation by reviewing the author’s profile on LinkedIn and any shared connections.
