Western Union to buy International Money Express in $500M deal (WU:NYSE)

Western Union (NYSE:WU) said Sunday it agreed to acquire International Money Express (NASDAQ:IMXI) for $16/share in cash, representing a total enterprise value of ~$500M and a ~50% premium to Intermex’s 90-day volume-weighted average price.
